Ingredients
For the Salmon:
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
½ tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon garlic powder
For Garnish (Optional):
Sesame seeds
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Prepare the Salmon
Use a sharp knife to remove the skin from the salmon fillet.
Slice the salmon into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
2. Make the Teriyaki Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, honey, and garlic powder until well combined.
Pro Tip: Double the sauce to use as a dip or drizzle!
3. Coat the Salmon
Brush or toss the salmon cubes in the teriyaki glaze, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
4. Air Fry the Salmon
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange the salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
Air fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon reaches your preferred doneness.
5. Serve & Garnish
Remove from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Serve warm with extra teriyaki sauce on the side.
