Leftover Veggie PIZZA


Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat wraps

  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 Tomato

  • ½ cup of mushroom

  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees

  2. Slice all your vegetables into thin circles.

  3. Place one tortilla on a baking sheet, add a layer of cheese, and then another tortilla on top. Spread a couple of tablespoons of marinara sauce over the top tortilla.

  4. Arrange the sliced vegetables evenly over the marinara sauce

  5. Put the tortilla pizza in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are fully cooked.

  6. Remove the pizza from the oven, top it with more shredded cheese, and return it to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted
