Scrambled Egg Wraps

These Scrambled Egg Wraps are a quick and satisfying breakfast option that's perfect for a busy morning. Feel free to customize them with your favorite toppings or seasonings!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tomato or 5-6 cherry tomatoes, diced
2-3 mushrooms, sliced
2 tortilla wraps
Grated cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Cooking oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, crack the 2 eggs and whisk them together until the yolks and whites are well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a little cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the diced tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. Sauté them for about 2-3 minutes, or until they become tender and slightly browned.
Reduce the heat to medium and pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and scramble
Place your tortilla wraps on a clean surface, add cheese and cooked eggs.
Carefully roll up the wraps
You can enjoy these Scrambled Egg Wraps immediately or, if you prefer, you can lightly toast them in a pan for a crispy finish.
