For a long time, I feared change. Leaving the comfort of my corporate job felt like a huge risk, but deep down, I knew it wasn’t just about the job—it was about me. I needed time to figure out what I truly wanted, beyond my career and daily routine.
Of course, being a mom is my number one job, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. But I also knew that to be the fun, active, loving, and present mom I wanted to be, I needed to take care of myself first. I had to prioritize my well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so I could show up fully for my family.
A Personal Journey Turned Passion
As I started making small changes—focusing on nutrition, movement, and self-care—I began to feel better. My energy improved, my mindset shifted, and I felt more capable of handling the ups and downs of motherhood. The more I learned, the more I wanted to share.
I’ve always loved cooking—ever since I was little. I’ve always enjoyed sports and staying active, and I’ve always had a deep sense of empathy for others. Looking back, I realize these passions have been a part of me for as long as I can remember, but I never saw them as something I could turn into a career.

I found myself constantly talking to other moms about these changes. I wanted them to know that they deserved to feel good—during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. But at the same time, I battled imposter syndrome. Who was I to teach others? Was I really qualified to help?
Despite these doubts, I kept writing. I had hundreds of notes, blogs, and ideas saved, but I hesitated to share them.
Then, everything changed when I came across the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Their holistic approach to health and wellness completely aligned with my beliefs—that true health isn’t just about food but about lifestyle, mindset, and balance. It was exactly what I had been looking for.
So, I made the decision: I was going to become a Health Coach.
For the past few months, I’ve studied every day during my son’s nap time, diving deep into what it means to support and guide others on their wellness journey. And now, here I am—ready to help others feel their best.
Why This Work Matters
I chose this path because I know what it’s like to feel tired, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself. I know how easy it is to put yourself last. But I also know that when you take care of yourself—by eating well, moving your body, and prioritizing your health—everything else becomes a little easier. Even the hard days and long nights feel more manageable.
I want to help others see that they deserve to feel good. That it’s okay to make mistakes, to learn, to grow, and most importantly, to forgive themselves along the way.
This journey is about more than just health—it’s about becoming your best self and creating a life where you feel strong, energized, and fulfilled.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re stuck in survival mode, just know that change is possible. And you don’t have to do it alone. 💛
Amazing journey!!!!
