Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is one of those recipes I keep going back to - so easy, one bowl, and done. Perfect for busy days when you still want something homemade and nourishing 💛


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 scoop of protein powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup sweetener

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.

  2. Add all ingredients to one bowl.

  3. Whisk/mix until well combined into a thick dough.

  4. Scoop and shape cookies (they won’t spread much).

  5. Bake for 15 - 18 minutes until lightly golden.

  6. Let cool before eating
