Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is one of those recipes I keep going back to - so easy, one bowl, and done. Perfect for busy days when you still want something homemade and nourishing 💛
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 scoop of protein powder
2 eggs
1/2 cup sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
Add all ingredients to one bowl.
Whisk/mix until well combined into a thick dough.
Scoop and shape cookies (they won’t spread much).
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes until lightly golden.
Let cool before eating
