Greek Yogurt Bark

Looking for a healthy, high-protein snack that's quick, refreshing, and perfect for the whole family? This Greek Yogurt Bark is the ultimate guilt-free treat — made with simple ingredients and ready to grab whenever you need a little pick-me-up!

Ingredients:
2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries – fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp chopped almonds or granola
1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and maple syrup until combined.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment paper (about ½ inch thick).
Drizzle almond butter on top and swirl with a spoon.
Sprinkle with your favorite toppings: berries, almonds, chocolate chips, and a pinch of sea salt.
Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
