Greek Yogurt Bark

Looking for a healthy, high-protein snack that's quick, refreshing, and perfect for the whole family? This Greek Yogurt Bark is the ultimate guilt-free treat — made with simple ingredients and ready to grab whenever you need a little pick-me-up!



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • 2 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries – fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds or granola

  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and maple syrup until combined.

  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment paper (about ½ inch thick).

  4. Drizzle almond butter on top and swirl with a spoon.

  5. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings: berries, almonds, chocolate chips, and a pinch of sea salt.

  6. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.

  7. Break into pieces and enjoy!
